Account and Data Deletion
At MasterJot, you have full ownership of your data. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Option 1: In-app deletion (instant)
- Open MasterJot on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Account & Privacy.
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account & Data.
- Confirm the prompt. All stored tasks and images will be permanently erased.
Option 2: Email request
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your device, email us at support@masterjot.com with the email address linked to your account. We will process your deletion within 7 business days.
App Store Subscriptions
Deleting your MasterJot account does not automatically cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To stop renewals, manage your subscriptions directly in Apple Settings or Google Play.
